I feel deeply inspired by Wan's desire to find out more about his heritage (and also preserve it). Growing up I've been apathetic about who I am and where my grandparents, ancestors, etc. came from and now that I'm older, I feel this very strong desire to try and reconnect and find out more about my heritage; Wan really inspired me to reconnect with my roots

Wan, you did a phenomenal job as one guide leading this huge tour group [...], sharing your stories so openly and passionately and keeping your energy high. You are doing such an important job of advocating for Pulau Ubin's heritage and clearly people are hungry to learn about it!
